Changes to our Lyric support team

Due to the continued growth of our Lyric business, we’ve made some changes to help improve how we support you going forward.

From today, Johnathan Johnston will focus on providing service excellence within our general Customer Services team. However, we are delighted to announce that we now have two representatives, Nicola Herbert and Phil McNevin, who will be your dedicated Lyric Support team. They will be responsible for all order placing and general enquiries, while technical queries will continue to be handled by Technical Support.

Please use the dedicated Lyric Support line 01925 909355 or existing email Lyric.Trial@phonak.com to contact the team, place orders, make a complaint, or for general enquiries.

Lyric enquiries received by the general Customer Service team will be directed to Lyric Support or Technical Support to ensure you receive appropriate service.
